MAIN TASKS

As the true conductor of the park, you are the link between our customers, our teams and the management:

Management of reception & check-in: You manage the reception area, ensure an impeccable customer experience from the very first seconds, and ensure the smooth flow of visitors.
Team planning: In close collaboration with the managers of the various areas, you develop optimized schedules that are adapted to the volume of visitors.
Operational support on the ground: You are right in the heart of the action! You come to support the events in the park, during peak times, at the bar or in the restaurant.
Team management: You support, motivate and accompany the staff on a daily basis with kindness and energy.

WORKING HOURS

Working hours (Fixed start at 11:45 on Thursdays to Sundays). The position is condensed over 4 days per week for a total of 42.0 net hours:

Your Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are completely free!

Successful experience in service (catering, hospitality, event management or leisure) and in managing a team on the ground.
Natural relational skills: You have a warm, smiling demeanor and a genuine sense of hospitality.
Oriented-to-solutions and reactive: Faced with unexpected situations on the ground, you remain calm, smile, and find quick solutions.
Information Technology & AI Skills: Comfortable with digital tools (cash register software, planning software) and curious to use artificial intelligence on a daily basis to optimize your organization.
Accounting & billing concepts: Basic knowledge for cash flow monitoring, managing current invoices, and administrative tracking of the fleet.
Time flexibility: You are available to ensure on-site presence at the end of the week and in the evenings according to the schedule presented in the tasks.
