A deposit may be requested upon handover of the equipment. It is refunded after checking the condition of the mountain bike upon return, minus any charges relating to damage or delays.

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the hire of electric mountain bikes offered by Raiffeisen Parc. Any booking implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Conditions of access

The hirer declares that they are at least 16 years old, in good physical condition and able to use an electric mountain bike.

3. Use of equipment

The hired equipment must be used with care, in accordance with Swiss road traffic regulations.

4. Responsibility

The hirer is fully responsible for the mountain bike for the entire duration of the rental.

5. Assurance & Caution

The hirer is responsible for checking that they have public liability insurance. A deposit may be required upon handover of the equipment.

6. Cancellation & Governing law

These terms are subject to Swiss law.
