Booking is recommended to guarantee your entry. Without a reservation, waiting times may occur, or even refusal in the event of high visitor numbers. Remember to check our Google page for last-minute changes.
For this morning, brothers and sisters up to 10 years old can jump with the younger children. Standard rates still apply.

IS ONLINE BOOKING COMPULSORY?
Not compulsory… but highly recommended if you want to be sure of jumping. When it rains or during peak hours, it fills up very quickly.
The easiest way? Book online and come enjoy yourself with peace of mind.
You can also book by email or phone.
WHAT OUTFIT SHOULD I WEAR TO JUMPINGJACK?
Sportswear is compulsory. Jeans are not permitted.
Shorts, leggings, training top, t-shirt: come in comfortable clothing to move freely and jump without restriction.
And above all: non-slip socks (available on site if needed).
ARE NON-SLIP SOCKS COMPULSORY?
Yes, they are compulsory.
Trampolines can be slippery and safety comes first.
Price on site: 3. –
You can use socks from another park.
Gym shoes and slippers are not permitted.
Anti-slip socks are fitted with rubber grips under the sole to prevent slipping.
HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
A session lasts for 1 hour of jumping.
Do you want to keep the fun going? The 2nd consecutive hour is half price.
Attention maximum 2 hours of jumping at a time.
DO I NEED TO BE ACCOMPANIED IF I AM A MINOR?
Are you under 6 years old? You must be accompanied. The companion does not pay.
Are you 7 or older? You can enjoy the park on your own.
Supervisors are never far away to look after everyone's safety.
Is the park monitored?
During peak periods, 1 to 2 supervisors are present in the park.
They make sure that the rules are followed and that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT?
Trampolining is a sporting activity and relatively high-risk, JumpingJack accepts no liability in the event of an accident.

During busy periods, we are not always able to answer the phone.
Email remains the most effective means of contact.
Can I bring food or drink?
All outside food is unwelcome.
Water bottles are permitted, as the activity remains a sporting one.
Can you eat on site?
We offer snacks and drinks to have in our café/restaurant or on the mezzanine.
Are there toilets and showers?
Women’s, men’s and accessible toilets are at your disposal.
We do not have showers.
Are there changing rooms and lockers?
A large unisex changing room and cubicles are at your disposal to change in.
Free lockers are available at reception to secure your belongings.
However, JumpingJack declines all responsibility in the event of theft.
