1. Supervision and care: The supervision of the child by the Raiffeisen Parc team begins exclusively at the scheduled time at the event venue and ends as soon as the event closes. Activities and supervision are provided by unqualified staff who are nonetheless trained in managing groups of children.
2. Journeys: Raiffeisen Parc accepts no liability for journeys to and from the event location, which remain the sole responsibility of the parents or legal guardians.
3. Availability and medical emergency: I undertake to remain reachable by phone for the entire duration of the event. In the event of a medical emergency or accident, I authorise Raiffeisen Parc to take all necessary measures and to call upon the appropriate emergency services.
4. Regulations, exclusion and cancellation: The Raiffeisen Parc reserves the right to cancel the event, refuse access or exclude a child in the event of inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. In the event of exclusion, parents undertake to collect their child as soon as possible upon being contacted.
5. Personal belongings: Raiffeisen Parc accepts no liability in the event of theft, loss or damage to personal belongings (clothing, electronic devices, money, etc.) brought by the child.
